Q. What does the “class” of pole refer to?
A. A pole “class” refers to a wood pole classification system promulgated by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI 05.1). The class designation is used to determine maximum load. Classification designations range from 10 to H6 with a smaller number meaning higher strength.

A. The Pacific Wood Preserving Companies® consist of four separate corporations with operations in five states. The holding company is Pacific Wood Preserving of Bakersfield, Inc., which is the parent company to all remaining corporations. All sales and marketing is conducted under The Pacific Wood Preserving Companies® umbrella.
